Manage bid compliance packs, statutory sign-offs and board resolutions; align with GRC policies
Maintain a risk register for every major bid; vet subcontractors, teaming agreements and consortia
Coordinate gate reviews, BU sign-offs and legal validation with iOCO Legal Advisory
Facilitate win-strategy workshops, storyboarding and colour-team reviews
Partner with pricing leads on commercial models, ROI and cost-benefit frameworks that protect margin
Hand over won contracts to project and service delivery managers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT Management, Commerce or related field
APMP certification or equivalent bid management credential highly preferred
5–10 years’ experience in bid management, tender management or senior business development
