Job Overview
Drive financial planning, including annual budgets and rolling forecasts, and provide strategic commercial support to operational heads to improve profitability and identify cost savings. Perform detailed performance analysis with actionable variance insights, oversee commercial contracts against financial and risk frameworks, and lead business cases for projects, investments, or expansions including ROI and feasibility. Optimise working capital and internal controls, and collaborate across functions to strengthen financial reporting and data integrity.
Required Qualifications
CA(SA) qualification essential. Minimum 3–5 years’ post-article experience in a commercial or financial management role. Proven track record in financial modelling, business partnering, and strategic analysis. Advanced Excel and integrated ERP experience. Strong communication skills for presenting complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders, with robust commercial acumen and proactive problem-solving.
