Customer Service Agent (Insurance Contact Centre)
Job Overview
Handle inbound customer queries for a busy insurance contact centre, delivering friendly, accurate help on every call.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and resolve customer queries about policies, claims and payments.
- Capture accurate information on the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues and follow up to resolution.
- Meet quality and call-handling targets.
Required Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Clear, professional spoken English; a second SA language is an advantage.
- Strong listening skills and a calm, helpful manner.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous call centre or customer service experience.
- Familiarity with insurance or financial products.
