Job Overview

Direct expert teams delivering customised solution design, project delivery and system product development. Lead solution architects in pre-sales and proposals, guide technical managers on global project execution, and partner with product marketing on roadmap and development of eDocument issuance systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct solution design and management across customised client engagements.

• Lead solution architects through pre-sales activities and proposal preparation.

• Guide technical managers in global project execution and delivery quality.

• Collaborate with product marketing on roadmap and product development priorities.

• Ensure high-quality, innovative solutions that meet client needs and strategic objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline.

• Minimum 15 years in enterprise application design and deployment, including at least 5 years in team leadership (strong candidates with less experience may be considered for a secondary level).

• Proven ability to lead architects and technical managers across complex programmes.

• Excellent stakeholder, commercial and delivery leadership skills.
