Job Overview

KingsleyIrons Recruitment is hiring a Finance Manager – Shared Services for a leading multinational manufacturing business in Polokwane, Limpopo (CareerJunction 2646447). Reporting to the Country CFO, the role leads the shared services finance function with oversight of multiple operating entities, working closely with regional finance and operational leaders across the business.

The Finance Manager oversees group financial reporting cycles and consolidation, accounts payable and intercompany processes, group budgeting and forecasting, IFRS and governance compliance, and group audit preparation as primary contact for external auditors — while driving improvements in shared services processes, systems and ERP data integrity and leading a small finance team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee group financial reporting cycles, ensuring timely and accurate consolidation across business units
Lead accounts payable and intercompany processes within shared services
Coordinate group budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning
Ensure IFRS, governance and internal financial-standards compliance across group companies
Drive improvements in shared services processes, systems and workflow efficiency
Manage group audit preparation and act as primary contact for external auditors
Ensure ERP data integrity and support system enhancements
Lead, manage and mentor a small finance team

Required Qualifications

Qualified CA(SA); CIMA advantageous
At least 8 years’ post-articles financial management experience, 3+ years in a similar role
Experience in a group/shared services environment
Strong understanding of IFRS, internal control frameworks and financial best practice
Experience in a manufacturing/production environment
Multinational reporting experience advantageous
