General Manager – ICT (Cape Town)

• Lead, manage and grow the Cape Town branch and its multidisciplinary team.

• Drive business growth, operational excellence and profitability.

• Manage client and operational portfolios with high service standards.

• Own sales performance, strategic planning and financial management for the branch.

• Navigate tender processes and government contract requirements.

• Build strong client relationships and develop team capability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field; Master’s preferred.

• 10+ years’ managerial experience, ideally in ICT or related sectors.

• Strong understanding of tender processes and government contract management.

• Proven revenue generation and branch management track record.

• Experience managing client and operational portfolios; strong sales, strategic planning and financial management skills.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills; proficiency with financial and operational management tools.
