Job Overview
The GM Training Hub oversees development and implementation of training strategies and efficient delivery of programmes tailored to industrial and manufacturing sectors. Lead the training centre, set curriculum direction, manage trainers and facilities, partner with business units on skills needs, and drive continuous improvement of learning outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Senior leadership experience in training, L&D, or industrial skills development. Experience building or running a training hub/centre. Strong stakeholder management. Ability to design programmes for manufacturing/industrial audiences. Budget and people leadership experience.
