Head: Decision Science

Lead, manage and direct a specialist Credit Decision Science team. Investigate, analyse, design and deliver business solutions using data mining and predictive modelling. Drive credit decision-science initiatives across a large organisation through influence and stakeholder relationships. Oversee credit scoring and rules-engine systems, data-warehouse environments, and IT development for credit products. Use machine learning, AI and cloud technology to optimise credit-risk analytics. Govern development and deployment of credit-risk models from scorecard development through system deployment and tracking.

Honours degree in Mathematics or Statistics (minimum); Master's preferred. Minimum 10 years credit-risk analytics and 5 years management experience including people leadership. Proven experience leading Credit Decision Science initiatives across a large organisation. Expert knowledge of credit decision-science practice, the retail credit environment, governance and risk. Clear criminal and credit record.
