Head of Data Platform & AI

• Own the organisation’s data platform architecture and infrastructure.

• Elevate reliability, scalability and usability of the proprietary Data Management Platform.

• Lead data engineering practices and mentor technical contributors.

• Drive AI and advanced analytics capabilities on top of the platform.

• Partner with product and business stakeholders on data priorities and delivery.

• 5+ years as a Data Engineer or in a Data Platform leadership role.

• Strong experience designing and operating large-scale data platforms.

• Hands-on credibility with modern data engineering tooling and cloud architectures.

• Ability to lead technical direction while remaining close to implementation.

• Clear communication with both technical and business audiences.
