Job Overview
Support the finance team with day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations and record-keeping for a busy accounting practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture invoices, receipts and payments accurately.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Assist with monthly management accounts and VAT.
- Maintain organised financial records.
Required Qualifications
- Bookkeeping certificate or relevant diploma.
- 1+ year in a bookkeeping or accounts role.
- Solid Excel skills and attention to detail.
Skills & Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Pastel, Xero or Sage.
- Working towards a further accounting qualification.
