Programme Manager: Performance and Organisational Health
Job Overview
Accountable for integrated planning, orchestration and delivery of the Performance and Organisational Health Programme across the Group. Own the programme plan, drive cross-workstream integration, support executive decision-making and track outcome impact.
Key Responsibilities
Drive rigorous problem solving on critical delivery challenges and support intervention teams. Translate priorities into an integrated delivery roadmap with milestones, accountabilities and interdependencies. Maintain an enterprise-wide view across interventions; manage the critical path and recovery plans. Identify and manage dependencies; surface duplication and escalate issues needing sponsor or ExCo intervention. Partner with change teams to align delivery with adoption and scaling. Prepare governance materials and recommendations for the Programme Lead, Sponsor and ExCo. Consolidate delivery, adoption and impact data into a single performance view. Establish operating rhythm, clarify accountabilities and build sustainable internal programme capability.
Required Qualifications
Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate. Advanced diploma or national first degree. SMP or equivalent; PMP, PRINCE or programme management certification preferred. 10 years' experience in a large project or programme environment, of which 2-3 years in management. Strong skills in MI/reporting, capacity planning, stakeholder management, financial management and project toolkits. Behavioural strengths in leading change, leading teams, driving results and building partnerships.
