Senior Finance Analyst: Billing & Analytics

Oversee and analyse the end-to-end billing process. Analyse high volumes of billing data for trends, anomalies and revenue leakage. Develop billing dashboards and reports. Perform reconciliations and investigate discrepancies. Analyse pricing, VAT, discounts, credits, refunds, commissions and rebates. Monitor monthly billing cycles and prepare management reports. Work with Finance, Sales, Operations, suppliers and ISPs. Improve billing processes and support the billing team.
