Required Qualifications
- 6+ years building production web applications.
- Strong across front-end and back-end (TypeScript/React/Node or similar).
- Solid database and system-design experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience leading or mentoring a team.
