Job Overview

Lead end-to-end management consulting engagements delivering quantifiable client impact. Act as primary client contact, structure complex problems, manage subject-matter experts, assure quality and on-time on-budget delivery, coach teams, grow client relationships and contribute to innovative advisory offerings across strategy, transformation, capital productivity, supply chain, asset management, organisation effectiveness and risk.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end consulting engagements and serve as the primary client contact. Structure complex problems, manage subject-matter experts and assure quality and on-time, on-budget delivery. Coach teams, grow client relationships and contribute to innovative advisory offerings.

Required Qualifications

10+ years management consulting. Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or equivalent; MBA or PhD advantageous. Proven mining, metals, energy or infrastructure project experience. Functional depth in strategy, transaction support, business transformation, capital productivity, supply chain, asset and maintenance management, organisation effectiveness and/or risk management. Experience managing large-scale operational engagements; strong client development and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or PhD advantageous. Experience across strategy, transaction support, business transformation, capital productivity, supply chain, asset management, organisation effectiveness and risk management.
