Senior Power Platform AI Engineer

• Own end-to-end solution architecture and technical delivery on Power Platform projects (Dataverse, Canvas and Model-Driven apps, Power Automate), ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to best practices.

• Provide technical guidance and oversight across multiple workstreams, reviewing solutions and unblocking engineers without needing day-to-day supervision yourself.

• Mentor and grow the technical capability of the team through pairing, code and solution review, and structured upskilling.

• Identify where AI meaningfully improves a solution and design those capabilities into client work (Copilot Studio, AI Builder, custom model integration, intelligent automation).

• Lead client-facing technical conversations: scoping, estimation, architecture decisions, and translating requirements into sound technical approaches.

• Enhance riivo's engineering standards, reusable patterns, ALM practices, and internal knowledge base between and across projects.

• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and platform best practices on every engagement.

• Deep, demonstrable Power Platform experience: Dataverse data modelling, Canvas and Model-Driven app development, Power Automate, and solution ALM.

• Proven solution architecture experience: someone who can design a system, defend the decisions, and own the outcome.

• A track record of leading delivery and being the senior technical voice on projects with minimal oversight.

• Genuine curiosity about AI and hands-on experience applying it (Copilot Studio, AI Builder, LLM integration, or similar).

• Strong grasp of best practices around security, governance, performance, and maintainability.

• Experience mentoring or growing other engineers' technical skills.

• Excellent communication skills, comfortable leading technical discussions with both clients and team members.

• Custom engineering experience (Next.js, Supabase, Azure) to complement Power Platform delivery.

• Microsoft certifications (PL-400, PL-600, or equivalent).

• Experience setting engineering standards or building a knowledge base / internal tooling.

• Prior team lead or line management experience.

• Exposure to a consulting or client services environment.
