Manage outlet-construction programmes across multiple territories. Control scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk. Manage contractors and suppliers. Oversee handovers, compliance, budgets and project teams for retail and franchise outlet development.

Construction or project-management qualification. SACPCMP or PMI registration. 5–10 years’ project experience. Fast-food franchising or construction background advantageous. Strong leadership, financial and conflict-resolution skills.
