Senior/Lead Power Platform Developer

• Design and build Power Apps and Power Automate solutions on Dataverse.

• Use Copilot Studio and related Microsoft Power Platform capabilities appropriately.

• Lead technical delivery quality, standards and mentoring for platform work.

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into maintainable solutions.

• Support ALM, environment strategy and governance for Power Platform.

• Demonstrable senior experience across Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.

• Exposure to Copilot Studio or equivalent conversational/AI builder tooling advantageous.

• Ability to lead delivery and mentor other developers.

• Strong requirements translation and stakeholder communication skills.

• Comfortable working remotely with Cape Town as preferred base.
