ServiceNow OHS Solutions Engineer

The Focus Group in South Africa seeks a ServiceNow Solutions Architect to lead the implementation and configuration of OHS solutions, and to design workflows, forms, portals, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform. You will digitize and automate workplace inspection and audit processes, develop digital checklists, permits, certificates, and compliance documents, and ensure governance and security best practices while delivering user training and post‑implementation support.
