• Run community channels (email, social, WhatsApp/LinkedIn groups) and respond to candidates.
• Surface candidate stories and success cases.
• Report on engagement and profile-completion metrics.

• 1–2 years in community, social media, content or customer-facing work.
• Strong writing and a genuine care for the people you're serving.
• Organised and self-driven in a remote setting.

• Experience growing an online community or audience.
• Interest in careers, recruitment or professional development.
