RCL FOODS is searching for a Technical Trainer to join our Baking Division based in Spartan and will report into the SHERQ Coordinator . The primary purpose of a Technical Trainer is to ensure that employees are competent to perform their roles in a way that consistently meets food safety, quality, legal, and operational requirements.
