Lead IT strategy for a growing South African insurance company offering affordable insurance products. Own the full technology landscape across infrastructure, software development, and digital transformation, ensuring technology supports fast-paced business objectives across health, pet, and financial insurance products. Optimise core infrastructure and the software development lifecycle so platforms are secure, scalable, and reliable. Partner closely with the Director on technology budget, roadmap, and regulatory-aligned customer experience improvements.

Proven experience as a CIO or senior technology leader, preferably within Financial Services or Insurance. Demonstrated ability to lead strategic IT planning, manage complex projects, and oversee both IT infrastructure and software development. Strong stakeholder management and budget ownership. Ability to work full-time from the Sandton office.
