Job Overview

Hire Resolve is recruiting a Customer Service and Logistics Manager for a global leader in mineral-based specialty solutions in Centurion (CareerJunction 2646634; posted 27 October 2026; advert valid to 26 November 2026; advertised R108,300–R125,000 per month). Despite the operational title, this is a senior executive leadership position responsible for steering the overall South African supply chain strategy, managing key export logistics, optimising warehousing operations and elevating customer service standards across the region.

The manager drives the strategic vision for the South African supply chain operations – aligning export strategy, logistics and warehouse management with business objectives – leads and develops a team of Customer Service and Logistics Specialists, oversees day-to-day workflows and operational efficiency, champions process standardisation and continuous improvement, and directs complex export operations and multi-site warehousing networks to ensure seamless distribution and strict compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the strategic vision for South African supply chain operations, aligning export, logistics and warehouse strategy with business objectivesLead, mentor and develop a team of Customer Service and Logistics Specialists in RSA and manage performance

Oversee day-to-day workflows to ensure on-time delivery, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

Champion continuous improvement, standardise key processes and implement best-practice operations

Direct complex export operations and ensure compliance with South African export regulations

Oversee multi-site warehousing networks for seamless distribution

Elevate customer service standards for internal and external customers across the region

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Engineering; postgraduate qualification beneficialExtensive senior-level leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, export management and warehousing within mining and minerals

Proven track record developing and executing supply chain strategies that drive growth and operational excellence

In-depth knowledge of international trade, South African export regulations and global logistics channels

Strong customer service management background and ability to build high-performing teams
