HR Manager

Align and translate recruitment strategies and policies to meet business needs; attract and retain high-calibre candidates. Drive Employment Equity strategy; run Diversity and Inclusion Committee meetings; draft EE steerco motivations with line leaders. Support leaders with performance management, objective setting and continuous improvement. Develop and facilitate talent management reviews, leadership development, succession planning and career development. Lead organisational development initiatives focused on culture, climate, morale and engagement. Facilitate strategic change management and internal communication for business transformation. Provide payroll advisory guidance and ensure policy and statutory compliance. Manage employee and labour relations with IR support; manage wellbeing matters. Plan and execute HR-related projects; track and report key metrics monthly to leadership.

Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or related field. 3-5 years' HR generalist experience with strong HR Business Partnering exposure. Proven experience in talent reviews, employee relations and talent acquisition. Sound knowledge of South African labour legislation. Experience in a fast-paced operational environment, preferably financial services or insurance. EE reporting and transformation exposure advantageous.
