Logistics Director

Provide executive leadership across global logistics operations for a leading logistics organisation. Own strategy, operational excellence, regulatory governance, and sustainable financial performance across multiple regions. Lead regional logistics teams, drive transformation and automation, and deliver commercial and P&L outcomes while ensuring customs and regulatory compliance.

Minimum 8 years senior leadership experience within international logistics, supply chain, or freight operations. Proven experience managing large, multi-functional and multi-regional teams. Strong track record in operational and financial performance delivery. Demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance and customs governance. Experience leading business transformation, automation, or optimisation initiatives. Strong commercial and financial acumen including P&L ownership. Bachelor's degree essential; postgraduate qualification in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain advantageous.
