Job Overview

Hire Resolve is recruiting a Marketing Lead for a leading packaging and manufacturing company in Johannesburg (CareerJunction 2646666; R55,800–R60,000 per month; posted 28 October 2026; listing valid to 1 December 2026). The role translates marketing strategy into hands-on execution – strengthening the company’s brand and customer engagement and supporting commercial growth across a B2B industrial customer base.

This is a broad, independent role for a commercially minded marketer working across Sales, Operations, Technical and Leadership teams: owning day-to-day brand management, Voice of Customer programmes, industry campaigns and sales tools, digital presence and content, customer events and exhibitions, and the annual marketing plan, budgets and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the brand day to day, ensuring consistency and differentiation across all touchpoints
Manage external creative and specialist partners from brief through to delivery
Drive customer insight and Voice of Customer programmes and translate insights into opportunities
Partner with Sales; develop industry campaigns, sales tools, case studies and customer proof points
Manage digital presence – social media, website content and the content calendar; develop thought-leadership content
Plan and execute customer events, exhibitions, sponsorships and activations
Translate the annual marketing strategy into a marketing plan and calendar; manage budgets, suppliers and timelines

Required Qualifications

Relevant marketing or business qualification
Approximately 6–10 years’ broad marketing experience
B2B, manufacturing, industrial or technical environment experience advantageous
Strong brand management, commercial and digital marketing, content and events experience
Proven ability to run initiatives independently from concept to execution; strong project and budget management
