Strategic HRBP: Client Facing Clusters
Job Overview
Act as the primary strategic HR advisor to senior leaders, driving organisational effectiveness, workforce planning and talent outcomes using data, insight and strong organisational consulting capability.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior leaders as a trusted advisor, translating business strategy into people priorities covering workforce shape, leadership capability and culture. Lead workforce planning by defining capability demand and shaping build, buy or borrow actions. Advise on organisational effectiveness levers including spans and layers, role clarity and decision rights. Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning that produce actionable pipelines. Drive quality performance-cycle execution and embed operating-model culture into leader routines. Use dashboards and analytics to explain workforce health, talent risk and performance outcomes. Champion self-service and digital HR tools and ensure responsible handling of people data.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial Psychology or Business; Honours preferred. 8–12 years HR experience including significant HRBP or generalist experience in complex environments. Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders, delivering organisational change and improving talent outcomes. Experience in an HRBP + COE + shared services model and leveraging analytics and self-service tools.
