Job Overview
Lead the design and execution of transformative change programs within the Credit function. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in risk management processes and systems, including automation, artificial intelligence and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic change and transformation initiatives in Credit. Design and execute transformative change programs. Identify innovation opportunities in risk processes and systems. Oversee implementation of new technologies including automation, AI and analytics tools. Manage change management to ensure successful adoption.
Required Qualifications
BCom Hons Accounting or equivalent. 10-15 years experience in a similar role within financial services, preferably banking. Strong leadership and transformation delivery experience.
