Engineering Manager

Experienced Engineering Manager for a manufacturing site in Benoni. Prepare, monitor and control Capex and Opex; lead project management and continuous improvement; oversee planned preventive maintenance and instrument calibrations; optimise breakdown maintenance and critical spares; supervise engineering utilities and systems; identify vendors and technologies; build engineering capability through training; create and monitor safety standards with HSE; drive automation and resource conservation projects; support brownfield and greenfield project execution; uphold quality standards with QA.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. HVAC and utilities qualification. GCC. 15 to 20 years of experience in manufacturing (Maintenance and Projects) with at least 5 years in a senior management role. Strong technical knowledge of Pharma / API machinery and utility requirements. Experience executing greenfield projects. Knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.
