Senior Operations Manager – Limpopo Region (Mining Equipment)

• Strategic planning – translate organisational goals into business plans

• Manage and develop employees across the region

• Plan, monitor and control depot financial resources; consolidated financial reporting

• Contracts and supplier management; key-account marketing, sales and contract negotiations

• Support unit sales with head-office Marketing & Sales, Pricing, Product Support and R&M Contracts

• Approve and budget product-support resources; lead quality of technical service

• Report on service statistics, downtime and parts availability and drive improvements

• Lead supply, inventory management and distribution of units and parts

• Approve business plans, authorise financial transactions and monitor depot profitability and service metrics

• 20+ years in the mining industry servicing Tier 1 mining customers

• 10+ years in a senior operational management role

• Experience leading technical teams in the Heavy Earthmoving Equipment (HEE) industry

• Proven business and financial acumen

• Strong knowledge of Komatsu or equivalent mining HEE; MS Office and SAP reporting

• GCC and management diploma advantageous
