General Manager Information Technology

Lead and oversee a commercial bank’s IT function, driving execution of IT strategy, systems management, cybersecurity, risk governance, and operations to align with business objectives. Develop and execute IT strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements. Prioritise and oversee end-to-end delivery of bank-approved IT projects and digital transformations. Establish and enforce IT governance, risk, and cybersecurity frameworks. Manage vendors, budgets, and multi-disciplinary technology teams while ensuring resilient core banking and digital channels.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or CISM preferred. Minimum 10 years overall IT experience, with at least 5 years in a senior IT leadership role. Financial services or banking industry experience highly desirable. Proven track record managing complex IT implementations and cloud environments. In-depth knowledge of core banking architecture, cybersecurity, and regulatory technology requirements.
