Job Overview
Develop and implement budgeting processes aligned to company financial goals. Prepare and analyse reports, forecasts and budgets; gather departmental budget input and track spend; conduct variance and scenario analysis; monitor performance against budget; lead and mentor budgeting analysts.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related; CPA or CFA preferred; minimum 5 years in budgeting/financial analysis; advanced financial modelling and budgeting software skills; strong analytical and leadership ability; ability to meet tight deadlines.
