Senior Finance Manager CA(SA)

Lead the entire finance function for a high-growth, multi-entity BPO/outsourcing organisation in Umhlanga. Drive financial integrity, strategic planning, and continuous improvement across operations. Review and prepare accurate monthly management accounts; lead annual audit preparation and liaise with external auditors and tax consultants; prepare and submit statutory returns; maintain the fixed asset register; manage creditors and debtors; oversee treasury, cash flow forecasting, and multi-company payroll; partner with department heads on budgeting, forecasting, and Exco reporting.

CA(SA) qualification highly preferred. 4–5 years of post-articles experience. Strong practical experience in IFRS, financial reporting, forecasting, and cash management. Advanced Excel and experience with Xero; Sage Pastel Online Payroll advantageous. Experience in BPO/outsourcing or multi-entity environments, cross-border transactions, and SARB/FX practicalities beneficial. Demonstrable leadership ability, analytical strength, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
