Senior Manager – Logistics DSP Process Excellence (Last Mile)

• Define last-mile delivery strategies and priorities aligned with senior leadership

• Deliver tailored recommendations that improve cost, partner and customer experience across the DSP portfolio

• Manage complex cross-organisational initiatives – identify gaps between teams, processes and plans and drive resolution

• Analyse business metrics and economic trends to uncover growth opportunities and make sound trade-offs

• Drive enhancements to standard operating procedures and playbooks

• Produce cadenced reporting and written narratives and present them to Directors and senior stakeholders

• Mentor and develop account managers through feedback and best-practice sharing

• Bachelor’s degree (Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or MBA preferred)

• 7+ years’ experience in consulting, process design/improvement, last-mile optimisation or supply chain

• Experience working with partners through account, product or programme management and business development

• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams

• Courier-industry or operational-role experience preferred; Six Sigma / Lean experience preferred

• Fluent written and spoken English
