Job Overview

Lead the technical team with deep Salesforce platform expertise, driving Salesforce integration, architecture, and customisation projects aligned to business objectives. Lead design and implementation of Salesforce solutions. Define project roadmaps, allocate resources, and ensure successful delivery within timelines and budgets. Architect, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. Oversee technical planning including Apex, Lightning Web Components, data modelling, and integrations. Mentor and manage the team; conduct code reviews. Act as primary technical liaison with stakeholders. Enforce quality standards for testing, debugging, and release management. Drive process improvements using modern technologies and integration tools.

Required Qualifications

8+ years software engineering experience and 4+ years Salesforce experience with successful project delivery. Experience leading technical teams as VP of Engineering, Technical Lead, or equivalent. Strong command of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP). Proficiency with multi-cloud Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud). In-depth experience with data integration using tools such as MuleSoft or custom APIs. Salesforce Application Architect, Platform Developer, and/or Integration Architect certifications preferred. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Preferred: large-scale Salesforce implementations including data governance and compliance; agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and release management.
